Reasons for refusal
The editorial board accepts for consideration only those scientific articles that meet the established requirements for academic integrity, scientific novelty, and proper formatting. If violations or non-compliance of the submitted materials with current requirements are detected, the editorial board reserves the right to refuse publication of the article on the following grounds:
- Signs of academic plagiarism have been detected.
- The article has already been published in another scientific periodical (including electronic publications and the Internet).
- The article is formatted in violation of the Content Requirements and Submission Procedures for Publications.
- References to sources used and citations do not correspond to the content of the article.
- Any metadata components (contact information) are incomplete or false.
- There is no list of references.
