Article Processing Charge
Information on Article Processing Charges (APC)
The journal «Environment & Health» is an open-access publication. Authors are required to pay the fee after their article has been accepted for publication following the peer-review process.
Publication Fee
The fee for editorial and publishing preparation of an article is 650 UAH.
If the authors (co-authors) of the article are researchers at the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine,» the fee for editorial and publishing preparation of the article is 325 UAH.
Payment is due after the article is accepted for publication by the journal’s editorial board and approved by the Academic Council of the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.»
What the fee includes
- Manuscript review
- Editing and proofreading
- Layout and typesetting
- Assignment of a DOI
- Publication of the article on the journal’s website in open access
- Submission of metadata to scientometric databases
Important
The fee amount cannot be changed for the author after the date of the article’s official submission
The fee is charged exclusively after the article has been accepted for publication
The decision to accept or reject an article is made solely on the basis of the scientific quality of the manuscript, regardless of the author’s ability to pay
