Exemption from Сharges
Exemption from publication fees for third-level (educational and scientific) students.
In accordance with subparagraph 5 of paragraph 7 of the Procedure for Compiling the List of Scientific and Professional Publications of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 56 dated January 19, 2026), the journal «Environment & Health» waives all fees (contributions) for the processing, peer review, and publication of an article if it meets the following criteria:
Conditions for exemption from fees
The article is submitted by a third-level (educational and scientific) graduate student (master’s or Ph.D. candidate)
- The graduate student is enrolled in a state-funded program
- The article is authored solely by the graduate student (without co-authors)
Required documents
To confirm eligibility for exemption from payment, the applicant must submit the following along with the manuscript:
- A certificate from the institution of study confirming the applicant’s status as a third-level higher education student and state-funded enrollment (bearing the seal of the higher education institution or research organization)
- A statement confirming that the article was written solely by the applicant
Submission procedure
- The manuscript must be submitted in accordance with the general content requirements
- Documents confirming eligibility for exemption from payment must be submitted as scanned copies along with the manuscript or in a separate email to the editorial office
- The manuscript undergoes the standard peer-review process
- If the article is accepted for publication, no payment is required
